Item 2 on the airworthiness certificate should indicate Make and MODEL

A 415C was manufactured sometime in 1946-1947 give or take a year or two
(check your data plate). An airworthiness certificate was issued at that time.
Should be a copy in the records.

When I made the inquiry about the status of my Coupe the FAA specifically
referenced the Airworthiness Certificate.

Request a replacement Certificate of Airworthiness from your local FSDO. It
just takes a phone call.

I have read some posts that seem to state that the Certificate of Airworthiness
has the model (415c 415cd 415d ) stated on it.
MY Ercoupe is a 415C we have checked all logs 337's and the FAA C/D's
But the airworthiness certificate dose not state the model on it.
It states the N#, Airworthiness Class (Standard) A few lines about civil air
regulations & Aircraft operation limitations, Another line about (Remains in
effect as long as the aircraft is maintained in accordance with part 43.
A date of issuance 2/20/57 a signature and a Digisington No 3-10
But no where on this certificate dose it state the model 415C
It only lists the N number to show it is for my plane.
The log books show this certificate also a date 2/20/57
