The Ercoupe stalls at around 56 MPH with a gross weight of 1400lb This is for the Models 415-D/E/G The 415-C is stalling at 48 MPH at 1260 lb gross weight.
If you fly with the gross weight STC with 1320lb, you stalling sped is somewhat inbetween. The lighter your plane, the less is your stalling speed - whatever defines stalling in a Coupe. It is indicated for an Ercoupe 415. There is a section with the "V" speeds that indicates Vs1 at 56 MPH. Everything that I have shows 48 MPH for that speed. Also 56 would put it over the LSA min. What would the 56 MPH be for? Bob ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now.
