I have a 4" nose wheel and the fellow from whom I bought the airplane
said to use 17#.

The manual said 20 so I changed and it started to shimmy. I went back
to 17.

Importance: Low

Ed:

I'm not sure what the ideal is, but my service manual calls for 20 psi.
I tend to push this a bit higher thinking that it might serve to reduce
the force transferred to my chain during slow speed taxi. I also try
to make wide turns for the same reason.

Cheers,
Bill

What is the ideal pressure for 5" nose tire? How about the 6" nose
tire?
