Not to belabor the point, but I want to be explicit. Ground the spout of the fuel container as far out toward the end as possible to the airplane. As some have said,the movement of fuel through the spout can generate static electricity and it is possible that should you lose contact with the plane filler tube a spark could possibly occur even if you are grounded to the main body of the fuel container. Static electricity does not spread evenly and rapidly throughout plastic as rapidly as it does in metal. Lee
