  I recently bought the 1320 gross weight STC and the change is simple if 
  you have a CD. All of the "mods" have already been done during 
  manufacture and all that remains is to remount the elevator stop on the 
  yoke "tube" to a second hole already drilled by the factory.
  However, we measured the elevator deflection with the stop mounted on 
  the second hole and found the deflection wasn't quite correct so we 
  drilled another hole to mount the yoke stop about 1 inch behind the 
  original. Still lands the same as far as I can tell. Maybe can't get 
  as much nose up attitude at touchdown, but close.
