Frank: Skyport owns the rights to the Kenney nose bowl. The manufacturer who was making them for us decided we were too small for them, so we are looking for a new vendor.
Installing the fiberglass nose bowl is NOT a Saturday afternoon job with a screw driver. Stop drill the cracks. Get some 3003 aluminum one size thicker than the cowl. Pound it into shape with a sand bag and a leather mallet and rivet it over the whole area that's cracking, on the inside. If you use flush rivets it won't look too bad.
