Bart, If your coupe electrical saystem has been modified to incluse a selinoid in the battery syste, thismay be the problem. If the selinoid fails, then Battery voltage will not serve the system....and the gen will not re-chsage across failed selinoid cointacts.... and. also check for a ground strap from the battery to the airframe...to the engine mount. Vibration and/or corrosion can cause the ground strap to the engine mount to fail..... Harry
