My ALON, N6363V is a '65 model. When I am inside and close the canopy, there are two latches to hold the canopy forward and closed. I need to replace the latch on the right side. 1) May I, as owner, do this? 2) What tool will work to remove and then reassemble the two small bolts that hold the latch to the frame/sill? The nuts are outside and IN the track but the canopy makes them hard to reach. The phillips screw heads on the inside of the cockpit area turn easily but the nut is also turning.
