I remember some discussion on this List about the difficulty of finding non-ethanol'd gasoline, and just ran across this tiny article from July '07 EAA magazine: "Petersen Aviation Inc....began distributing non-ethanol, 91-octane gasoline to three New England airports during the first week of June 2007..." to 6B6, 7B6 and PYM. "Since automotive gasoline sold at airports for use in aircraft is considered 'aviation' gasoline, it is exempt from oxygenated fuel requirements... Peterson says the ethanol-free 91-octane gasoline will be certified to meet the specifications required by both Peterson and EAA STCs." More info: (308) 832-2200 or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I don't know if this info is still current, but it seemed worth posting for those in that area. Linda
