1a. Spinner Bulkhead Needed

Hey Guys - Among other things, when I removed my prop I found that
the spinner bulkhead plate was cracked - badly - about 40% of the
circumference at the top of the prop bolt holes. For some reason the
bulkhead plate has 12 holes for prop bolts.
The spinner itself is good. The spinner has a maximum diameter of
10 inches and is 7 3/8ths inches tall.
I can't find a comparable bulkhead plate in the Aircraft Spruce
catalog. I really would prefer not to go to the skull cap type spinner.
Has anyone else had this problem and what have you been able to do
about it? I don't want to try to weld the cracked bulkhead plate
because to the problems with trying to get it perfectly balanced.
