[ercoupe-tech] Taskem 2000

Has anyone explored using a Taskem 2000 digital altimeter which is 
described in the Aircraft Spruce catalog?  A lot of features and 
appears to be approved (TSO'd).  My altimeter is in need of overhaul 
and no doubt that would be cheaper I suspect, but going digital may 
keep future maintenance requirements low and add a little uniqueness to 
the panel.  I have seen a lot of digital panels and instruments but 
most seem approved for experimentals only.
