The assembly drawings show part 13001-56 as an AN960-416L, not an A416. They go on the two upper attach bolts on the bell crank assembly.
The Rod end is 0.436" and the fork in the bellcrank is supposed to be 0.4375 -0.000/+0.047 If it is on the high side you could fit a AN960-416L washer (.0325) in there, but it really doesn't matter.
