Tom; That's never been a problem. Any IA can do it with a bit of elevator re-rigging and a 337. I think the problem we are all looking to solve is to be able to utilize the newly placarded C model as an LSA. At this time it can't be done.

He claims his IA has talked to their FSDO about the change from a C model to a D model four years ago and the FAA said it can be changed back to a C model.
