Since the coupe had no certified turn and bank.nor ANY "certified" instruments, are we not grandfathered in and exempt from the certification requirements?

They have no interest in spending the money required to get their products "certified". The market for experimental and homebuilt is huge and that is their target. I am certain that some TruTrak ADI instruments are installed in Ercoupes. If any were done with a 337, it would be nice if those folks would speak up and share that information with the rest of us.
