Per drawing 415-53011 ERCO used .065 Vinylite, 19 3/4 X 31 3/16 with 1/8 radius on all corners. 1.My old window/doors are .125 thick 19 1/2 X 31 1/2 (heavy) 2.The group previously recommends plexiglass 3.I would like to stay with the exact correct size but the closest available is now .060 or .080--is .060 OK? Should I stay with drawing measurements? 4.Also, what is the best glue for the new welting? Thanks...John N2138H
