[ercoupe-tech] Flight over Smokey Mt

I am having my Ercoupe ferried from Iowa to Greensboro NC, actually to 
KSIF. I wanted to give some advice to my ferry pilot about flying over 
the Smokeys. I have not done any flying in that area of the country. 
The proposed flight plan is to fly from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to 
Lafayette, Ind to Portsmouth, Ohio to Beckley, WV to KSIF. The weather 
is looking good enough for this weekend so he hopes to start on Fri PM 
and arrive Sat afternoon.
