Fantastic news and congratulations. The Sport Pilot Rating is the best thing that has come along since the Wright Brothers first flight.
It opens the door for so many people that love flying to be able to get a new license or be able to continue to fly after the dreaded medical becomes a problem. In my case I have been flying over 57 years in many types of aircraft and on Oct 1 my medical expired and I became a Sport Pilot. Our Ercoupe is a God Send. And the sky looks the same as it did when I had the medical and flew other aircraft.
