Hi Robert, In addition to service memorandum 40, there are instructions for that adjustment on page 59 of the Continental Overhaul Manual.?? Also, on the Bowers Fly Baby homebuilt site, there are links to several articles on maintaining and troubleshooting small Continental engines one of which deals with the pull starter.
