Hey Richard: I am certainly no expert, but I have been led to believe (by  my 
FAA inspector) That if you provide a copy of a 337 dated prior to 1956 it is  
engineered because all inspectors were engineers. I would also think that  
Horsepower is the major concern, so approval of one C-90 is good for all.
