I have personal knowlege of one plane based in Alaska that had an incorrect angle of incidence due to an bad repair of the rear spar. The chap with the plane was a member here several years back. The plane had "poisonous" handling. According to the owner,as soon as it lifted off it would try to kill the pilot. If I remember correctly he had John Wright come up to Alaska to make it right. He finally sold it after an engine overhaul gone bad. Some of the members who have been on the list for a few years might remember the incident. Cheers: Paul N1431A KSDM
