Linda, I have a very knowlagable friend in the build, re build, fun stuff and he said yesterday that he also reciever notice of there demise and that it was due to the sale of the c.l to the German deisel engine co who bought them for an american parts base. and couldn't get the sales to stay open..THIS JUST WHAT I HEARD DO'T KNOW IF IT IS TRUE BUT WOULD TRUST THIS MAN WITH MY LIFE.....Oliver
