This is good news indeed. I have a meeting the rest of the afternoon 
and after that I will be sending Skip an email with my offer to help. 
He is correct that September is a better month around here weather 
wize. That is why so may thing are already scheduled then. At first I 
though Crap, there is already too may things that month but then I 
realized that most of the Ercoupers coming would not normally be 
going to the other events so it is a good thing. We can do some fly 
outs to the other events depending on what weekend is picked.

I think we have Woody to thank for this. He is the one who called the 
Holiday Inn and emailed Russ and got us all going on this.
