[ercoupe-tech] Air space controversy

A few days ago there was an email
about an Ercoupe owner who was
arrested for violating an Indian reservation
airspace.
I asked AOPA about it and they were unaware
of the incident and would like more information.
Anyone out there know the individual involved?
