(d) (iii) says the inspection was done by wing removal so you are good for three years but since you have the inspection panels you will be getting it inspected each year anyway. I don't know why he would put the (d) (ii) note there. It is not needed since you did the wing removal and now having the inspection panels you don't need to remove the wings either.
