K1, allow me to apologize for my neighbor.  If you go by the standards of the 
north/ northeast (Chicago and east toward NY) good pizza is not to be found 
anywhere here in Texas.  Chain store pizza is the standard and rage.  
Occasionally someone from the old country opens up a corner store and the stuff 
is surely palatable, but the water and dough just isn't the same. 

It just kills this guy from NNJ with a vowel at the end of his name!
