I did the STC on my 415C and I do NOT like the change in elevator  
travel.
It was a little breezy today and I felt limited in the amount of up  
elevator I had
to compensate for the needed change in attitude to compensate for the  
up &
down drafts I was getting just before and during flare.
I'd encourage you to try to find one to fly before doing the change  
to make sure
you really want to do it.
