[ercoupe-tech] ercoupe 415C serial # 3306 pulling to the right

Following the replacement of the flexible brake line and the o-rings in the 
master cylinder and refilling with fluid the aircraft pulls to the 
right(?unequal braking). The brake holds for maximum power runup. My a&p
has attempted to remove air from the system several times with no sucess.
Any advise would be appreciated.
