I have always stayed out of these, but I also use a little down
pressure on my landings which is one reason I wonder about the
importance that some place on tail height. A little down pressure
slightly compresses the nose shock resulting in better high speed
ground handling and negative angle of attack on the wings. I will
have mine tail height checked this next annual, because it is about
four inches low.,
