We installed them in both wing tanks and they are fantastic. For the first 
couple of flights I used the "stick" to insure accuracy and it was perfect. 
Great improvement to checking fuel especially when I am so fuel critical, 
especially with hot weather coming.  I did notice you have to get a fast 
reading as the fuel evaporates rather quickly as soon as the air hits it.

I have a 500 lb payload so with my weight of 230 and my wife ( won'r dare 
mention her weight as she also reads these threads) I  still have enough fuel 
for a 4 hour flight. At my age other parts of the body demand rest stops after 
that.

Great idea. Think I will go flying. Perfect excuse, as if Coupe drivers need 
one, to check out the " Little Dipper".
