Sam's Club. If it's in stock it'll be the cheapest around.

diesels in fact if you look at a Harley owners manual if you can't get Harley
oil they say in a pinch substitute diesel oil. Its in my 2007 1200 sportster
manual. Now for the legality of the issue its plain and simple a violation of
the FARs to use an non approved oil in an aircraft engine. In fact its illegal
to use marvel mystry oil in an aircraft engine but lets not go there. In the
event of an engine failure my guess the insurance company would have a pretty
good case for not paying. The other issue Harley oil is about five bucks a qt I
pay $68 a case for aeroshell go figure. Even if its compatable its not approved.

Yep, I have an '08 Road King Classic Ltd. Edition and it says the same thing
in the owner's manual about using diesel engine oil if HD isn't available. But
like I said, I'm not a mechanic and I learned a long time ago that it's better
to keep one's mouth shut and appear a fool than to start talking and confirm
it. I use AeroShell 10W50 in my C75. AeroShell costs 9.05 including tax per
quart at the FBO here. I checked the price on a case at Wag Aero and with
shipping it's about $7.50 per quart. Where do you buy yours?
