Not sure what a relief tube is?

It is definitely not an oil breather, and it is a long way forward of the
battery.  It is just behind the firewall, so under your feet somewhere.  To
find out more would involve removing floorboards etc. and I have better
things to do right now.

The reason for asking is that after the engine stops a few drops of what
appears to be Avgas dribbles out.  There is no smell inside the cabin.  Does
the fuselage tank have a breather pipe or something?
