Methyl anthranilate is member of a family of compounds called esters. Esters are easily synthesized by combining an alcohol with an acid. In this case it would be methyl alcohol and anthranilic acid. The alcohol is easy to obtain. Don't know about the acid. If you know anyone who is involved in chemistry, they could probably head you in the right direction.
