How long is the "dipstick "supposed to be for the front oleo. Mine is 11" and has no marks. How far from the nut would the red and green marks be. Started to take the main struts off and as mentioned on the forum earlier the shock stack has about .5" of play. I will order parts tomorrow but was wondering if the gear will support the coupe without the bottom part of the struts. I dont want to leave it up on jackstands. The trim tab cable is seized and broken ( I am also ordering this). I looked for the return spring ??? is it the small springs on the hinge. The trim tab was frozen but is free now and returns freely. I sure enjoy working on this little thing.. Thanks for all the help. Nick N94175
