Full 4x8 sheets of Lexan or Acrylic I can get for 434 at a local plastics place in Houston, plastic sign manufacturers also have them. I have also got a sheet of PEPK, a very maleable plastic like acrylic that can be cut with scisors and is great for the covers of landing lights and the back windows. it will not work for windshields either because it is too soft in a large flat piece.
