Hi Everyone! Flying Stearman's, BT13's and finally F6's during W.W.II, so when I got out of the army, of course I was broke, but continued flying under the G.I. Bill of Rights and had my license changed to civilian. About 10 years later, a LITTLE voice said, "Hey why don't you buy a coupe?" I purchased my first plane a Cessna 172. Stepping up for speed I purchased a Meyers 200D • Siai Marchetti SF 260 • Spartan Executive • Super Globe Swift and finally a Swearingen SX300. Now a LOUD voice said, "Hey, come on what about that Ercoupe." So after 50+ years of buying and flying I did it. Two years ago I purchased a 415G, had it fixed the way I wanted it. I'm 84 now and I move slower and with the coupe I fly slower too. Without a doubt, I can truthfully say, the Ercoupe is the best thing I've owned or flown in my lifetime. Luv it ! Prof. Ed
