To reduce play in the controls use new hardware. Worn out clevis belong in the
bin.

New hardware is cheaper than you think.

With new bolts and bearings, you should be able to reduce the play in the
controls to no issue.

Subject: [ercoupe-tech] Aileron play

1. I need advice from the team on alternatives to address and reduce aileron
play.
2. Where can I buy Heim rod ends MD36-14?
3. What about the tiny bushings used to fill worn out clevis?
Any and all advice will be appreciated.
