Does anyone out there have ,and willing to part with a copy of the 337 form 
with item 8 (description of work accomplished)or a copy of STC  SA 465 WE for 
installation of C 90-12 in a 415C.As most know the STC holder is no longer 
available and the approved data will help enable a field approval.
