Last weekend I posted a note about removal of bushings in the nose gear fork. I received numerous replies and appreciate them all. I did manage to get the bushings out but used what I thought was a rather unique approach. One person suggested that I thread the bushing, screw a bolt in it and then try to push it the other direction. It worked! Just one more idea to put in out mental tool chest. Again, thanks to all who responded.
