Hi Dave,
Many coupers have remarked the dipstick to hold more oil (mandatory
after converting a C-75 to a C-85 for, in effect, "overfilling the oil
sump"). The most common adverse effects are (1) the expense of the
extra oil, and (2) and the extra effort cleaning it off your plane's
exterior following your next flight. After the engine rids itself of
the "extra" oil, the oil level is about where specified for the C-75
