Linda Welz, owner of the home Jack bounced across in his Saturday accident,
sent this report to me.

The video of the accident aftermath, taken by her niece starting before the
arrival of the fire department and ambulance can be viewed here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r73pjT1RHLc

The video shows Jack sitting by the side of the road being cared for by the
locals with pretty minor injuries considering how much damage shows on the
plane.

It looks like Jack was trying to get to the open area just past the house
and didn't quite make it.

We didn't get a good angle view of the house roof but it looks like
not-so-much damage, all things considered.

Hi Ed,

The plane crashed through the tree in my front yard before hitting my roof
and bouncing across it. Then finally clearing my back fence, hitting
another tree and resting in a vacant desert area behind my fence. Jack
Fleisher was the pilot and the registered owner. He was the only one on
board. He received a few stitches, bump and bruises, but no broken bones.
There were two occupants in the house at the time of the accident, who were
unhurt but shaken. The house received roof damage and other minor damage
from falling roof tiles. My niece, who was in the house at the time, shot a
video immediately after the crash. You can see it on YouTube.com by doing a
