Shucks, I was just there LAST week end (unplanned diverson for weather). They said they had never seen a Coupe. Now, its gonna look to them like an infestation is starting!
Be sure to point out that your coupe is just like the one they saw last week. Sorry I cannot meet your there. My bird had a number of malfunctions during my X-country. It really would be a good place for Coupers to meet, now and then, though. (By the way, they have no A&P on staff at the airport.) If you have never been to French Lick or West Baden Springs Hotel, it's worth the visit. Wear your AOPA hat and or Ercoupe hat or shirt so we recognize you. Call me on the cell when you land.
