Roy could be right.It sure looks like" slop"( excessive play). It is castering 
, like a shopping cart . You need to check the whole nose gear for play. 
Steering knuckle , rod, nutcracker bolts ,etc.

I am certain there is more than one reason this may happen, but my experience 
(really bad shaking) was caused by a loose nutcracker bolt.  On tightening the 
shaking no longer exhibited itself.

If anyone can shed some light on what my problem with the nose wheel is I would 
appreciate it.  I flew this landing with 17 to 18 lbs in the nose tire.  As you 
can see I landed on the mains, set down on the nose, rolled 300 to 400 feet and 
then it almost felt like it was going to break off until I got to about 15mph.
