I agree. During mag runnup at times the left mag misses. Leaning is always done 
on all ground operations. After leaning at high RPM's the problem clears up. 
Did our Annual over the weekend and found a lower plug filled with oil.

  Since my brakes have failed and I can't run up at usual rpm, I ran it up to 
about 1000 rpm and it was  
  very rough on one mag. Tried each mag during takeoff roll and again in flight 
and it is smooth at the 
  higher rpm's. Doesn't make sense to me as I would expect a weakness to show 
up at higher rpm's.
  Anyone have an explanation....or should I start worrying about the health of
