O.K. My brain just can't work anymore.
1, My wing tanks hold 18 gallons (9 in each wing)
and they will usually show equal amounts on both sides on level
ground.
2. How does the header tank know when my wing tanks are empty.
3. I just can't figure the whole thing out. How does it know ?
4. I haven't filled my header tank in 9 months. (Header holds 6)
REASON: I usually have to make a pit stop every 2-1/2 hours then I fill
the mains.
I was told that when fuel sits too long it can become
stagnate and gummy, kind of like shellac.
Can someone please explain the system to me.
