Thank you for your response Hartmut and for the first sentence of your response 
William Bayne.? Maybe I need to get out more William, but I have never heard 
anyone argue against the the benefit of keeping a level attitude.? I do 
appreciate however that you both showed me the courtesy of actually reading my 
question and speaking directly to it.? 









I suspected that there was no written reference or tolerance for this within 
the realm of approved data, but thought that perhaps there were citations in 
one of Mr. Weicks books or technical papers that could be pertinent.
