It is held in place with two straps (not bolts). As Hartmut said, if you are lucky you can get it out without removing too much. You will have to remove at a minimum the passenger control column. I have found that by removing the control columns and loosening the controls that pass through the firewall, you can generally work it down and out the RH side.
