Everyone, please, do not include the scanned image or all the old messages when you make a reply. It is wasteful of archive space and makes a 25k message into a 250k message.
Please remove all old messages, including only a specific quote you need to make your answer clear. That is hardly ever more than a line or three. Thanks for your help. Ed
