Dave, I fear that a proper test would require the spar to be mounted in a full airframe center section with wings attached.
It'd probably be prohibitively expensive to install your spar in an airframe. However, I bet we could find a suitable airframe center section with an appropriate spar. Though, if the engineers determine the test can be done definitively on a naked spar then your spar would be well welcomed. Ed
