On the fourth weekend in October Texas has it's largest event in the Southwest, the ever more popular Reklaw Fly-in Oct 23-25, although many arrive on the 24th and earlier to gat a good parking spot, although they do volunteer to set the event up to deserve the priviledged parking space. People fly in from all over the Southwest as this event is much more popular now than the EAA Southwest regional Fly-In. This has been a regional Ercoupe event with awards, but that all depends on how many coupes plan to go. I hated it when I won the oldest pilot award and would hate it even more if I won both the youngest and the oldest coupe pilot awards. Please advise who may be interested in going this year and depending on the expected turnout I will decide to get awards or not.
