You are right Greg.

There are two STCs that cover the Ercoupe model line. SA120GL covers the 415-C
or CD models BUT only from serial number 813 & up.

Bummer.

I am having only the STCs on file that cover the later models with the cast
aluminum gear.

I don't know how to work this darn Yahoo group thing... I have sent several
replies this morning and haven't seen hide nor hair of them since. Hopefully
this will go through! ;-)

I have seen where Univair has an STCd kit for D models and above(SA127GL, for
Ercoupes conforming to TC A787), and a kit requiring a field approval for early
Coupes, SN #113-#812 (Mine is #771)(Thanks, Lynn!).

Cleveland has an STCd kit just for the Cub.

As for Skyport, I know they don't have what I need, 'cuz I, um, am an A&P
there. :-) Mike has been digging through the file cabinets trying to find
something, but has had no luck so far.

I have all the parts I need... I just need a copy of a 337 that has been
previously approved. That will make it easier for me to get my local FSDO to
sign off a field approval.

Thanks all ever so much.
